چکیده
The biologically active, naturally occurring 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline-quinone (THIQ) family members isolated from Actinomycetes and marine organisms have been studied thoroughly over the past five decades. Among them, natural products along with their reduced compounds, such as renieramycins ecteinascidins, attracted interest due to fantastic structures meager availability in nature well potent antitumor profiles. As part of our search for new anticancer metabolites through isolation characterization THIQ compounds Thai animals, we developed a fascinating product chemistry medicinal based on knowledge saframycin antibiotics isolation, characterization, transformation, partial synthesis, total synthesis. This review mainly presents contributions during 1999–2019 field research active renieramycin ecteinascidin products.

متن کاملAntitumor Compounds from Marine Actinomycetes
Chemotherapy is one of the main treatments used to combat cancer. A great number of antitumor compounds are natural products or their derivatives, mainly produced by microorganisms. In particular, actinomycetes are the producers of a large number of natural products with different biological activities, including antitumor properties. These antitumor compounds belong to several structural class...

Marine animals and plants are rich sources of bioactive natural products. Haterumalides and biselides, isolated from Okinawan marine animals, are 14-membered macrolides with strong cytotoxicity against human cancer cell lines. This review highlights the isolation, structures, bioactivities, and total synthesis of haterumalides, biselides, and related natural products.

This review highlights structural and biosynthetic work on a group of nitrogen-functionalised terpenes that are almost exclusively found in marine invertebrates and the animals that feed on them. The chemical functionality reviewed includes isocyanides, isothiocyanates, formamides, thiocyanates, isocyanates, and dichloroimines. The literature through mid 2003 is reviewed and there are 143 citat...
